Here is the full soundtrack I recorded for 'Distance From The Event'.

'Distance From The Event' is a play produced by Collapsing Horse Theatre Company that originally debuted as part of the Dublin Fringe Festival 2013 in The Samuel Beckett theatre. The play was written by Eoghan Quinn and directed by Dan Colley.

'An entire human colony on a distant planet has gone missing. Mel has been working on the case, but gaps are starting to appear in the paper trail. One piece of paper in particular might explain the whole event, but Mel is no longer the only interested party… Science Fiction meets Irish Noir in this story about love, isolation and life's hidden symmetries as we see two unique and captivating stories unfold rapidly into one another. Collapsing Horse, the creators of MONSTER/CLOCK, will once again bring their unique brand of storytelling to the stage, in this thrilling vision of the future. Entertaining, thought-provoking, life-affirming.'

I wrote and recorded all the music for the play over the space of a month (whilst attending rehearsals nearly every day). So, considering how long I spent working on my last release, it turned out to be something of a surprise when I put all the music I'd recorded together and realised that it amounted to over 45 minutes. Regardless I'm extremely happy with the work I've done on this soundtrack and I hope you all think it's fresh.

Also I'd like to extend my thanks and gratitude to the entire Collapsing Horse team and the show's cast and crew, it was an absolute pleasure working with you all and I feel very proud to have been invited to contribute to such an original and exciting project.
